PROMOTER

The promotional competition is organised and conducted by iNova Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition starts on 15 September and closes on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (“Competition Period”). No late entries will be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to all South African citizens with a valid South African ID document aged 18 years or older.

The following persons may not enter the competition:

Employees of the Promoter. Employees of participating retailers, agencies, or suppliers involved in the competition. Immediate family members of any of the above.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition, participants must:

1.1 Scan the competition QR code in-store or visit the link to the competition webpage.

1.2 Complete the form and upload a valid till slip to confirm proof of purchase of Flugon^®.

ENTRY RULES

2.1 One entry is permitted per person.

2.2 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or altered will be disqualified.

PRIZE

Participants stand a chance to win 1 of 20 Takealot vouchers valued at R1000 each.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

3.1 Winners will be selected randomly by a draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

3.2 Winners will be announced up to two weeks after the competition closes.

3.3 Winners will be randomly selected through a lucky draw and verified by a nominee, whom will act as a judge, the nominee will be appointed by a representative of iNova (“Promoter”).

3.4 Winners will be contacted by an iNova representative using the details supplied on the entry form.

3.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PUBLICITY

By entering the competition, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name and/or image for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, without renumeration, unless the participant declines such consent.

Participants are aware that, by entering the competition they are placing their nomination on social media which is open to public comment. While the Promoter will take all steps to monitor the posts and remove offensive or indecent posts, the Promoter is not responsible for any comments from the public on the posted videos to enter the competition.

POPIA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information by the Promoter for purposes related to the administration of this competition.

4.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation.

4.3 All entries become the property of iNova. iNova will not use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.

4.4 Eligible entrants’ consent to iNova using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration.

4.5 Participants may opt in separately to receive future marketing communication from Flugon and/or iNova Pharmaceuticals.

GENERAL

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition and these Terms & Conditions at any time and any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

5.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for:

Any technical failures affecting participation. Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize

5.3 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
