Terms & Conditions – Flugon Spring Competition

1. The competition is open to all Flugon consumers, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies
2. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules
3. Customers stand a chance to win one of two Takealot vouchers valued at R1,000 each.
4. Customers need to enter by liking the Flugon Facebook page and commenting on the competition section below what their go-to FLUGON product is to stand a chance to win 1 of 2 Takealot vouchers valued at R1,000 each.
5. Competition starts on the 30^th of September 2021 and will end on Tuesday the 14^th of October 2021 at 17:00.
6. All entries are placed in a draw and will be randomly selected.
7. Winners will be notified on the Flugon Facebook page on Wednesday, 15 October 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. iNova will arrange for the goods to be delivered to your preferred delivery address.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
10. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa and WASPA.
12. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of iNova, iNova may substitute a prize of like or equal value. iNova cannot guarantee that the image of the prize will be the exact model delivered to prize winners. If a prize is provided to iNova by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not iNova.
13. iNova collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities (for delivery purposes).

15. All entries become the property of iNova.
16. Delivery of the prize could take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of the announcement.
17. The competition is not dependent on the recommendation/prescription /purchase of the product
